Peter and Jill's Bluff: The lot was purchased November 10, 2011. House plans began the following Jan or Feb with architect, Brad Stegemann. As spring came on, the lot was soon covered with jonquils, forsythia, roses, iris and more. In April we cut and thinned the understory to help the larger trees thrive. In June we took down the rock embankment and saved the rocks off to the side. In September, nearly a year later, we signed a contract with George Sneed to build the house.
